The technology is the easy part. Most of a rollout is communication, so plan for it.
Step 1: Pilot
Enroll five to ten devices, including IT's own. Turn on DLP and the obvious web categories. A pilot can be live in an afternoon.
Step 2: Review real findings
Look at what the pilot actually produces. Talk to the teams most affected before tightening anything. Because DLP is monitor-only, nothing you learn here has interrupted anyone's work.
Step 3: Tell employees
Explain what Aavishield does and why. Share your acceptable use policy, which must tell people what is monitored. Employees install the agent themselves, so nobody is surprised.
Step 4: Roll out
Send the enrollment link to everyone and track coverage on the overview. Most companies reach every device within two to three weeks, and most of that time goes on talking to employees.
