01Purpose

Aavishield exists to protect organisations' devices and data. Use it for security, compliance and legitimate management of company devices.

02Transparency with employees

Before enabling monitoring you must:

• Tell employees and contractors that Aavishield is installed and what it does
• Explain whether activity monitoring and screenshots are enabled on their device
• Make your internal IT or monitoring policy available to them
• Obtain consent where your local law requires it

03Proportionate monitoring

Enable screenshot monitoring only where it is necessary and proportionate, for example on devices handling regulated data or during a specific investigation. Use the blur, interval and retention settings to collect no more than you need.

04Prohibited uses

You must not use Aavishield to:

• Monitor personal devices without the owner's informed agreement
• Monitor people outside your organisation
• Harass, stalk, intimidate or discriminate against anyone
• Capture or review content you have no lawful reason to access, such as private medical or legal communications
• Break any law, including privacy, employment and telecommunications law
• Probe, attack or overload Aavishield or other customers' data

05Access within your organisation

Give console access only to people who need it, use roles to limit what each person can do, and review access regularly. Activity monitoring data should be visible only to the smallest group that needs it.

06Enforcement

If we believe Aavishield is being misused, we may ask you to stop, suspend affected features or end the service. Report suspected misuse to [email protected].
